Facebook data deletion

This page is for authors who connected a Facebook Business Page to Sipurly so that Sipurly publishes a post about a newly released book.

How to delete

1. Sign in to your Sipurly author account.
2. Open Automation.
3. Open the Facebook area.
4. Choose Delete Facebook Data.
5. Read the explanation in the confirmation dialog and confirm.
6. The Facebook connection data stored by Sipurly is deleted immediately.

What is deleted

• The Facebook Page connection details, including the Page identifier and name.
• The Page access token, which is stored encrypted.
• The permissions granted and the connection status.
• Any unfinished connection requests.
• The Facebook publication history stored by Sipurly.

Automatic publication to Facebook stops. A Facebook Page can be connected again later.

What is not deleted

• Your Sipurly author account.
• Your books and the content you wrote.
• Purchases and reader access.

Posts already published on Facebook are not deleted by Sipurly. Remove those directly on Facebook.
